-OFF OF ME!
[There is a faint clatter, followed by a sound almost like something was smooching her leg.]
Ugh... What are you?
[As familiars go, this was not one she expected to have to deal with. Even less so considering she had never seen one like it before in her life. And who the devil sent familiars to assault their enemies like this?]
Ah- [Oh hey, that thing turned on. Finally.]
And finally this device-
[Her words sounded almost scornful, although she tried to bite it back. There was no sense in alienating them yet. She couldn't let anyone know she was a Master.]
-decides to work. I almost thought it malfunctioning. Now, if someone would kindly give me an explanation as to why and how this ridiculous charade was set up? Your skills would have been better turned to more functional directions. I hope that you will realize the consequences of your actions soon.
[Her voice tightened, growing a little more ragged for a second. Where was he? Then it calmed, only rising into frustration again when a smooching sound followed.]
Someone get this thing off me. Now.

Is he any good at this... camping business?
Audio
kayneth's head]
Certainly not. I wouldn't even consider telling you no, and if he objects then he can just travel by himself.
...He's... improved at it.
[...don't expect tents...]
Audio
[Smug smug.]
And you? Have you... 'improved'?
[But what if it rains, Kayneth?]
Audio
[you lost me.]
...Of course I have. I've survived here for months.
[...you just... you just lineface...]
Audio
That doesn't always mean improvement. But we'll see.
[...Kayneth. Dammit.]
Audio
I can most certainly assure you that I have.
[no rats have stolen his food since the first day he was here!!]
Audio
It must be interesting. Rarely does one get a chance to confer with the head of the Tohsaka family.
Audio
you lineface]
It's certainly been a valuable experience. He's an... interesting person.
[not sure if socially awkward or manipulative genius]
Audio
Tell me, Kayneth, is there at least somewhere to bathe out there? A river or lake?
Audio
There are a few places like that, yes. Honestly, it could be far worse than it actually is.
Audio
Hm. I'll take your word for it.
[...oh goddammit this means cold food all the way there, too.]
Audio
[HE MISSED YOU OKAY JUST... HOW DOES HE FEELINGS]
Audio /kills computer for making me late AGAIN
Two steps outside the village and she gets attacked by a wild ratatta.]As if I would ever not. I will see you soon, Kayneth.
